We Provide Hassle-Free Delivery and Installation

Dallas Rugs sources rugs from all over the world to offer our clients the widest possible selection of custom and area rugs. If a customer requests that we bring in a rug to preview, the customer will incur the shipping cost for said rug. If a client orders a rug and then changes his or her mind about the piece, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges both to and from Dallas Rugs.

Dallas Rugs also offers delivery and installation services on a case-by-case basis. The fee for delivery and installation services is determined by factors such as location, the number of rugs to be installed, accessibility within the delivery destination, and the number of movers required for the installation. If you are interested in taking advantage of our delivery and installation services, please let us know the details of your project so we may provide an accurate quote. The client is responsible for notifying Dallas Rugs of any furniture that must be moved in advance of a scheduled delivery so that we may make the appropriate arrangements.
