How do I schedule an appointment?
You can call or email us to plan your visit to our showroom as appointments help us to better prepare for your arrival. Please refer to our “Contact” page for more details. However, while appointments are recommended, we are open to designers every day from 9am to 5pm.
How do I clean and maintain my rug?
Refer to our care instructions provided on our website. Regular vacuuming and spot cleaning are usually recommended, and professional cleaning services are available for more thorough maintenance.
Are samples available before making a purchase?
Yes, we offer rug samples to help you make an informed decision. Contact our customer service team or visit us in our showroom to request samples of your preferred designs.
What are shipping costs?
Dallas Rugs shipping costs depend on the size of the rug & the shipping address.
- We currently ship to the contiguous United only. We do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska, APO, FPO or P.O. Box addresses.
- Delivery time excludes weekends and holidays.
- We use standard carriers for shipping.
