Color and Material Selection

Craftsmanship

  • Machine-Tufting Process
    • Machine-tufted rugs are crafted using high-quality fibers for exceptional durability. Produced by large machines known as power looms, these rugs can withstand high traffic.

    • Experience the efficiency of machine-tufting, where advanced technology and precision craftsmanship combine to create intricate patterns and designs.

Production Process

  • Approval and Sampling
    • Once the design is finalized, a corner sample can be created for your approval at your request, and production begins once you approve.
  • Lead Time
    • Enjoy shorter lead times compared to hand-knotted rugs, with production typically taking a few weeks to complete.

Custom Finishing Options

  • Binding
    • Similar to hand-tufted rugs, machine-tufted rugs may feature binding around the edges to prevent fraying and provide a neat finish
  • Backing
    • Machine-tufted rugs often have a backing material applied to the underside for stability and durability. This backing can be made of materials like cotton or synthetic fibers.
  • Serging
    • Some machine-tufted rugs may have serged edges, where the edges are sewn with a continuous overlocking stitch to prevent fraying and add strength.
  • Fringes
    • While less common in machine-tufted rugs compared to hand-knotted ones, some may have faux fringes added during manufacturing to emulate the look of traditional handmade rugs.
